Notification quiet hours
Low and medium severity pushes (Truth Report ready, slip patterns, coach nudges) wait until your morning. High severity (sensitive-topic redirects, security alerts) ALWAYS pushes immediately — that's the only exception.
Default 22:00–07:00 in your local time. Set start = end to disable quiet hours entirely.
