Why this is private by default:
- The journal is agent-invisible. The Truth Agent, Advisor, Decision Engine never read it.
- Coaches, operators, admins NEVER see journal entries — even with full consent grants.
- If you flip "share with agents" on an entry, only the Personal voice Truth Agent reads it. Never Company voice.
- Hard rule H13 + DB-level RLS FORCE enforce this regardless of application bugs.
