EOAI was built because Brand Hermits — an Indonesian commerce growth partner — couldn't run on Notion anymore.

Twenty-five people across live commerce, e-commerce, affiliate, and creative. Eight live hosts running daily. KPIs in spreadsheets, decisions in WhatsApp, status meetings consuming hours.

Z (the founder) realized the bottleneck wasn't the team. It was him. Every decision flowed through him. Every status report waited for him to read it. Every hire's first month was 80% asking-the-boss-questions.

EOAI is the operating system Brand Hermits built so the boss isn't the bottleneck.
